Looks like a good solution for doing a lot of plyometics all in one set. Good stuff - I'll share this with some of my coaches.

I watched this last week after you sent me an email and I love it. I make sure to do 3 plyometric drills first thing in every class and kids love to work with a partner. This is great and especially nice with situations where there is 1 instructor and 20+ kids because you don't need line leaders, equipment, or anything special. I appreciate the work you put into creating these videos!

personally I'd rather jump over a mat or a large dummy. That way I can go longer and not have to worry about what happens if I land on my buddy. Just me.....

@ndileonardo You have a point, but we purposely do those jumps first/early on so you shouldn't be tired after the first few sections. We've done those for years with no issues, but yes a mat, heavy bag, or dummy works fine too.
