Thanks for sharing! Got some good ideas. At the very least, I could drive a 4-horse stage coach after training with the rope exercises. Yah MULE!! YAH!!! LOL!

great video this is exactly what i am planning on doing, i'v bought a 16kg kettle bell to start with and guna get sum rope what kind is best, for example are those ropes bought of a/from a sports shop/website or just thick rope

This is a coool method for exercise and developing strength.
man every time i think i have seen every possible way to work out i see something like this that trips me out it really does.
