Problem there is that the gouv. dont have a control with licenses. Weather that is a drivers licence, or doctors licence

actually , wala akong tiwala sa mga bisayang doctor, mga promdi ksi, kaya tingnan nyo ang ginwa sa pasyente nila.? Buti na lng taga manila ako, at least ang mga doctor sa makati Med, magagaling , my pinag aralan at US trained. unlike sa pipitsuging ospital sa cebu..... ala kwenta. lol!
