  • Quick question... why must the focus be on the hand on the wall? How will this improve walking posture?

  • Thanks for your question.

    First, I don't think I'm discussing posture in the walking videos, they are about improving stability and power in each step.

    I don't really have enough room to answer the question here but the hand walking clarifies the importance of keeping the floor away from you just as you are preventing the wall from hitting your head as you lean against it. The main goal in walking is keeping the floor away from you. That clear connection gives you power and stability.
