Those exercises at 6:20 really cant be too good for your wrists. But still alot of good exercises in there.

you seriuosly just made up so many random exercises that will not do anything for you. like tossing it and catching it.. cmon now

@eXpeII I'm not sure if you are serious or just stupid. Its not a routine, its examples of the diversity of exercises that can be done with a kettlebell
