Black Heart - Dead Beat drum recording process

Hiya!
This song here is an original song from the band Black Heart, in which I play the drums, and it is a part of our 2011 demo.
We recorded 3 songs for the demo and they can all be found from our MySpace:

The other songs are titled "Premature Burial" and "Velvet Sea".

I hope you enjoy the video and get good laughs of our inventive use of the DTXplorer pads+ module :D

Hahhah, thank you very much! :) I'm really glad to hear that you liked this one. I'll let the other guys know as well! Too bad about the local situation of musical taste in New Zealand. In Finland, it really is strange how many people at least like heavy metal. Not necessarily play it or anything, but can cope easily listening to it.

Yeah, we decided to go with triggers on this demo and after hours of trying to get triggers to work with acoustic drums, we turned to this solution :)

Hyvä tietää että olet edelleen elossa! :D Alkoi jo pelottaa... Yllätyin kuinka hyvää musiikkinne oli, vaikka laulu saisi sisältää enemmän asennetta ja enemmän örinää. Jatkakaa vaan samaan malliin ja toivotaan että saatte siivet allenne vielä! :)

@Nihoggr Jep, sellaista minä olen ajan kulukseni alkanut värkkimään. Kiva jos tykkäsit. :) Juu, hyvä tietää että tulee edelleen videoita, mutta todellakin ymmärrän sen että olet keskittynyt bändiinne ja nyt mitä olen kuullut, niin teissä on ihan hemmetin paljon potenttiaalia! Ja minä olen sen verta kriittinen jätkä, että kehuja ei paljoa aina heru musiikin kanssa! :D

Jatkakaa siis samaan malliin, toivotaan että laulaja saa enemmän asennetta ja meininkiä mukaan ja että levy-yhtiö löytyisi. :)
