I dont know why they gave you a thumbs down on this...it's the truth. Bin Laden worked for the CIA during the Muhahadeen period when they needed Soldiers to fight against the Russians for the cold war. He's not on the most wanted list and for a period of time he was on it but now he is taken off (after 9/11) Also the taliban was willing to surrender bin laden days after 9/11 only on the terms that the CIA show them proof that he did it and they never did.
