by clean to you mean, noise in your video? Like pictures taken with a high ISO number? If that is so, you just need a faster lense - like a 50mm f/1.8 or something! But this video was taken with my Kit (18-105mm) lense.
There is one thing you could try - try locking the exposure! :)

nice video! how did you get it to show so clear? mine never comes out this clean. i have a d90 too and i just gave up on doing video with it cause i don't know how to make it play clean. can you help me out on the process?
