God and Satan work as a duality in MAN, evil is only an perception of ones mind, what's evil to one person may be righteous to another. I think all people posses a Supreme Being within themselves as well as a lower self that is governed by the passions of the flesh/physical, most of the world is governed by these emotions and history shows Europeans have been more influenced then other darker skinned nations in this light...this is where this Black God White Devil concept stems from.
