Wow, this one's really brazen, telling of the group, the repeat and then the end of the message/transmission. Granted I know there's probably no way anyone other than the recipient can translate it (just don't reuse the pad!) but still, this one makes it pretty obvious this isn't your normal radio station broadcast! ('Gee, when are they going to play the new Shakira tune?')

@Darrylb500 Thanks for watching and commenting. The E10 group has quite a few stations in it, and they all follow this transmission format. Three stations from the group operate at any one time, but on different frequencies.

@peletonkambing Thanks for watching and commenting. There is one you should be able to get loud and clear - Cherry Ripe, rumoured to be MI5 or MI6. It operates from Guam on 18864kHz, I'll PM you some details. I can just about here it here. Its sister station Cherry Ripe closed down a couple of years ago, that was in Akrotiri.
