One more thing, when you get a no answer from a official, always ask who their boss is and how to contact them. They can not refuse. If they do, file a complaint on that ,, keep working up the chain of command.

That is what they want you to do, get discouraged and quit. Squeaky wheel gets the grease, you have to be persistent, document everything,, names, times, the title of who you talked to, you HAVE to give the impression that they WILL be held accountable for doing nothing. But remember, ALWAYS be polite and business like, you lose your temper, you lose period.

I am a victim of reverse discrimination. I worked in a county prison as a c.o. and was discriminated against, harrassed and retaliated again from the highest levels. An investigation was completed and found that this had been happening to other officers. When I wrote to the commissioners of Chester Cty, not one responded. When I went into Chester County to complain, the woman said to me "you are not a protected class" i.e. - I'm allowed to be treated this way because I'm white.

@norepresentation1 Get a lawyer and sue. The only way to get reverse white discrimination to stop is take legal action. It is illegal to discriminant against a person because of the color of their skin. Civil Rights Laws are NOT color specific, but for everyone.

@CultureKill I've been a liberal democrat for many years, but when I hear about racial discrimination against whites, I not only realize it's wrong, and that it goes against what this country stands for, but feel a need in stopping this pendulum swing. Only the best qualified person should be getting the job.

I think as a black UK man that, as I observed, Affirmative action based purely on quotas is wrong. If a white person has higher qualifications than an black person then the white guy should be allowed the opportunity. I can understand why affirmative action was first put forward, but it has become a warped version of itself.

I could only watch up to 3 mins, i have had enough of the smug, rightious look on the commie lefty womans face. In Australia there is no similar law, but if you want a nice easy Governmant job you wont have much chance getting it being white. Its funny that all of the Defence force, police and fireman are mostly anglo-saxon, i guess hard work and risk is not that appealling to all.
