You can fo all them heavy low reps u want kid you just building strength not muscle stop trying show off lighten up them weight n focus on the strech n contraction higher reps 10-15 reps you have no hyperthrophy your weight lifter not a bodybuilder you primery focus should b strech n contrract n not how heavy u lifting u will make a good power lifter not bodybuilder

What do you think about using BIGBACKGRIPS to assist with stroking the mushroom tip? I've had a lot of experience with different variations, such as overhand-grip, reaching-under-the-leg-grip, as well as the classic underhand-grip.
Do you know if using BIGBACKGRIPS is a good alternative?
