I recently had the privilege of shooting with a pro in nowhere Saskatchewan. His photography got me started with the "Painting with Light" technique. When I saw his work 2 years ago I never thought I'd be shooting with him. Thanks Mike.

Stunning work..I love it. Whenever i see an abandoned, once substantial homesite, I wonder what happened..I wonder about who built it, and what dreams had to die for it to be so lost and alone..what stories we will never know..its both beautiful and sad at the same time..very nice work..thanks.

and how do you name the houses stop in?.i wonder why ppl leave there houses furnished..its a mystery..maybe tornadoe warnings?

@spoiledbrat008 Alderson is in Alberta, No where Sask is...well I had no clue when I shot that footage. The house is in Lawson SK. Many houses were abandoned from the depression, drought, or they packed up and went back east or to the US. Some farmers built new homes and abandoned the old homestead.
