@JENDALL714 Contestants were matched up according to their playing ability (which could, and often did, pit a kid against an adult), and it seemed people of any age could be a contestant on Starcade -- according to the show's website, the contestants ranged in age from 5 to 65 (though the younger contestants usually had a parent as their teammate.)
This Sega-made game was ported to the ColecoVision. When you think about it, this game probably used the same kind of graphics that would later be used in "Space Harrier".
Lori Graham (and I am not talking about the CTV woman) played this game when she was 16 in 1983. In 2010 Lori Graham is now 43. Lori Graham should do this Buck Rogers video game for Twin Galaxies.
back then games used to be better at the arcades than on your home systems but nowadays the gaming console experience is mostly better than the arcades .
Journey Video game!...wow...that one was one that has been buried in my subconcious for years...it's the machine to the left of the Buck Rogers game...It was based on the band 'journey' ..it was kinda cheesy..that was par for the course back then though...fun games...fun times..the 80s..
