Again nothing about how cap and tax will KILL the US economy and American jobs.
Likewise, still nothing about what environmentalists will do about the biggest polluters like China and India. They refuse to cut their emissions at all. In fact, those nations will be the biggest winners if cap and tax is passed as many of the American union factory jobs will go there.

Id really prefer that the government not tell me what to do. May I opt out of cap and trade? If it passes and we discover that there isnt any global warming, may I have a refund?
