you can get a boring bar and various cutters but its not cheap, last time i looked these bars were 1500 dollars new, thats without a specialised cutter measuring tool either, my friend picked this up in holland last year and weve done loads of cases with zero issues but mic the cutters up regularly, it also has the ability to thrust cut the flywheel end main if the case has been pounded 1 or 2mm which is a bonus as it saves an otherwise scrap case.
