  • Why does he read the stuff in brackets?? It sounds ridiculous! It's there to provide context, not to be modelled and practised by learners.

  • i am english we don`t use good morning or good evening, in general it`s " hi " or alright,

    we do not say i am good, we say i am alright or not bad, we very rarely say " you`re welcome" cheers is a common english way of saying thankyou., i always say cheers
