iTunesTouch is freeware for windows which sits on top of itunes, allowing you to use it as a tocuhscreen interface. Perfect for parties using the iTunes DJ playlist!
@spymanic - I may do a mac version... it took me long enough to get a PC version going though!! I actually use a mac primarily, but the jukebox is windows based... so that was my first priority! As for controlling other PCs .. you might want to look at nordbeat jukebox. That has a web interface which allows you to control the jukebox over your network...
@InsaneUnknown999 actually you can use the mouse too. It's just optimised for touchscreen use (big buttons etc). I think the current version might disable the cursor by default, so I'll release a new one soon which doesn't!
This is great. I was just thinking about getting a touch screen set up and you've just confirmed it for me!!
Any chance of getting a mac version out there? Also, would it be possible to have this control an iTunes on another network machine?

Probably a stupid question, but obviously in order to use this you must have a computer with touch screen capability correct?
