The National were in Studio Q recently to perform a couple of songs and to talk about their critical success with their past two albums 'Alligator' and 'Boxer'. This was their first performance was 'Fake Empire' off their album 'Boxer'.

@thager2010 its in 3/4 time (polyrhythm). if you listen, you can hear that the bass notes of the piano are the 3 and the treble notes are the 4

The guy is Jian Ghomeshi. He is a journalist (this is on the radio not the tv) for CBC. An actual journalist (something America doesn't seem to have these days), that's why he is well informed and well spoken. He doesn't work for Fox.
