  • I'm dumb-founded as to why Namco screwed us 360 users so hard. The PS3 is superior in every way, it seems.

I'm no fanboy and I would get a PS3 just for this game, but I just don't have the money for it.

  • PS3 version= added characters and plus new quests to undertake as well as the ones from the 360 version

see all

  • @brendude95 well that's a good a opinion but i was'nt accusing sony of anything i all meant was they could've made the full version for the xbox to, the only ones i'm blaming is the creators of eternal. Now don't get me wrong i freakin love this game, but what i was made about why did they only decide to make a full version for the ps3. I've got nothing against sony infact i own both a 360 and ps3 slim just why only the full version for the ps3 is what i was pissed about.

  • @zinbone

    Proud owner of both.

I am just saying, you might want to look into Microsoft's business practices and their effects before you start accusing SONY of foul play.

I am also trying to get you to see the pointlessness of putting JRPG's on the XBOX 360 and the consequences it has for fans of the genre, regardless of the system.

Microsoft's business practices were killing the JRPG genre, as soon as the XBOX 360 is dropped it makes a comeback, just look at the Japanese line-up in 2011.

  • @brendude95 are you a ps3 fanboy?

  • @zinbone

It's foul play? It is foul play it was on the XBOX 360 in the first place!

  • @jdav19

But I have many friends who are JRPG fans and bought a PS3 for that exact reason, they were expecting to be buried under a pile of amazing JRPG's. They get always get pissed off when XBOX 360 owners complain about being screwed over and why they aren't getting the next game in the franchise or some downloadable content when it is for very obvious reasons. You complain about missing DLC, they complain about missing the whole fucking game and future installments in the franchise. (ToV)

  • @jdav19

I don't think you seem to get the gist that you are a minority, for every XBOX 360 owner that wants a JRPG there are 1000 XBOX 360 owners that wouldn't give a shit about it.

I own both consoles so luckily I can't get screwed over (unless an amazing JRPG is release on Wii, don't see that happening anytime soon).

  • @jdav19

Anyway, it was a repeating cycle, thank god it has stopped.

Microsoft pays developers to put a JRPG on XBOX 360. None of the XBOX 360 fanbase care for, or take notice of the game. Developers lose money. Developers lose faith in the West. Western PS3 owners are wondering where the fuck all of the JRPG's have gone.

  • @jdav19

Namco screwed 360 users so hard, because you didn't care.

By "you didn't care" I don't mean YOU, I mean the average XBOX 360 owner, they don't care for or respect JRPG's. So why should Namco and basically every other JRPG developer who were paid of by Microsoft put a game on the XBOX 360 again?

The developers were the ones being screwed over, JRPG fans who eagerly bought PS3's to play them are the ones being screwed over.

  • @jdav19 i agree with you why make the full story only for the PS3 but us give a half baked version on the 360 and these dudes had to know at the time not many people could get the PS3 at first, i swear this had foul play written all over it.

  • Ciao, qualcuno sà dirmi se vale la pena comprarsi questo gioco?

    E bello....?

    Risp x favore
