Are you stating that the state should get to decide what is & isn't a legitimate religion?By what criteria will they decide? It is another step secured in the eventual recognition of Pastafarianism, as a fully recognized religion.
Someday if we keep fighting the good fight, we Pastafarians (atheists) will someday receive equality, and all the TAX BENEFITS, afforded to us as a legitimate recognized religion.
Sunday worship of the FSM where indoctrination in Evolution, Naturalism, Science, Astronomy, equality, inclusion.... Doctors without Borders will be our Missionaries.
