Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

  • I always notice Everett has a bit of a habit for partial reps, not standing up fully on the box jumps in this video, the handstand push ups on the King Kong video, the Fran video at the Arnold his thrusters were partials. But I've still got huge respect for his strength, engine and general athleticism.

  • Don't have to listen to music.

    Sometimes I don't, mostly when I do crossfit in the yard!

    But inside I always listen to music.

    During weight training it's very beneficial for focus and that extra gear before a set!

    And for MMA and Crossfit you get a boost when you're exhausted and need a break to catch your breath!

    Then one more thing.

    There are articles on self-selected music, and they show it's beneficial for performance!!

  • i hate you josh everett and your heavy king kong too! good point Everett....embrace the pain, know it, be with it. (insert the clip of Fight Club when Brad pitt is pouring lye on Nortons hands). only when you have lost everything can you truly achieve anything.
