The speaker in the video neglects to say that only children under the age of 8 are at risk, due to them still developing their teeth. Older children and adults are at no risk. This is with amounts in water systems. More fluoride DOES cause problems. However, most places that have this problem get their water from natural sources such as wells, where fluoride levels are not controlled.
