i taped this on vhs, still have it. 88'-89' , 120 minutes mtv. kindah a INXS rip off. whtvr works, guess it didnt work for them though.

@korn7584 -- The Living End are indeed awesome, you're right we do still have some awesome bands these days (Foo Fighters, Metallica, Korn, The Offspring, etc) but I have to admit, the abundance of awesome music in the 80's and 90's is sorely missed... even though I was only born halfway through said 80s...

I thought this was a really weird song when it came out. A second look proves this is a funky track. Horns, a really good beat, a nice groove, plenty of good rhythm guitar, good bassline and some original lyrics.

you are totally right - although i've got to say, i don't think the INXS's, 1927's, Icehouse's, Jimmy Barnes's, Tears for Fears have been surpassed since the 80's... definitely the golden age of Oz Rock - I miss it.

Saw Boom Crash Opera last night at Capers in Hawthorn (Victoria, Australia). Absolutely fantastic. Sounded exactly the same as in the clip, if not better.
