This level was actually the beginning of the Doom saga.
It's soo great that ID decided to put Wolfenstein and Doom in the same universe,

@RomeroFanboy It's one of the mission packs. There was 'Spear of Destiny', 'Return to Danger' and 'Ultimate Challenge'.

Both the activision Wolfenstein 3D CD and the Steam release include the Lost Episodes.
