  • ECTOMORPHS are SMARTER ( we have to be to survive) not to train.Training for ecto's actually RAMPS up stress and frustration and is NOT healthy and can do your head in,if you get carried away with the "never give up spirit' (INSANE and STUPID) and put you in BAD stead/places.Fitness in not SO IMPORTANT at all.Its good for sport jocks,jarheads,porn rabbits (??)and the numb headed labour force,who ahve a tendency to ACT,then THINK latter :(

  • Not always.Exercise is good and important for jocks (mesos) and overweight people.For the naturally skinny pencil neck guy (ecto) it just stress the FU#K out of you and frustrates.It just is not rewarding enough,like going to work for $10 p/h while the others get $20 :(If you had suffiecient self respect,WHY would you do this?? vanity? girls? (like em',but not to the expense of my personel self esteem and PRIDE,in other words not THAT much.It,after 11 years,can make one feel HOMOCIDIAL
