They should of put the 4 USB's on all PS3's.

Controler, Headset, Keyboard, Move controler. Were at 4 Official things that require USB and they give us 2 :/

You need a T10 torx screwdriver for the first screw.

@Tcwilliams1345 Make sure you reconnected everything. The ribbon cables on the bottom of the drive that look like they attach to themselves as well may have come loose. It could also perhaps be a hardware malfunction that occurs when you you lifted/tilted the blu-ray drive of the controlling arms. Also, if you sprayed compressed air make sure to follow the directions so that moisture isn't being sprayed into your PS3.

Just my luck... I find a PS3 disassembly video with the best video quality on YouTube and the guy doesn't bother taking it apart completely. :/

I did this and now my disk reader won't work. It says I have no disk in when I do and I can't eject the disk either, the blue light just blinks

@liamisic it goes with the small star screw. The first one. Actually you can see it at 3:10 in the middle part of the left side of the PS3
