You are referring to an article put forth originally by the Tea Party website which claimed that in a NJ court case, Obama's lawyer , ALexandria Hill, said that the LFBC was a forgery. The only problem is that Hill never said that. The judge, agreeing with Hill, had to explain to Mario Appuzzo, the Birther attorney, that even if the BC had been a fake, there were no grounds under NJ law to remove Obama from the State ballot.
