Great video. Hey did anyone stop and think the person making the cake may be deaf or maybe the person speaks with a lisp?

FYI to anyone who is interested, it is a St. Honore Tip that is used for the top of the cake. It is tip no. 880 by ateco.

It is just a ring mold. You can get them at any cake decorating store or make one yourself with PVC pipe from a hardware store.
