Diablo 3 Beta Patch 7 Stuttering

After receiving a beta invite couple of days ago I decided to record this video to show some stuttering the game is having even on a modern PC.

yeah I hear you, just got the invite today but it seems as if more than 5 enemies are on the screen it just bogs down...... also replied on the forums too....

WHEW, im glad this isnt just me.. I thought for a second that my comp wouldnt be able to run this game but it seems a lot of people are having this problem. I cant even get past the first 3 zombies without stutter though so I hope they fix it soon

I've exhausted everything short of installing a different OS, the only common denominator is x64 windows 7, since it occurs on either green or red GPUs. I also have a 570 gtx that tears through every other game. This has to be a coding issue with the client itself... I've been a few beta tests closed or public, and this is the buggiest in terms of performance. It happens every time a new sound or visual element is loaded-- that will ruin cutscenes and kill you in Inferno. say bye to ur HC toon.

Ditto here. I refuse to play without sound. Waiting for it to be fixed. Thanks for the video and the thread on the forums.
