According to Amnesty International, 139 countries have abolished the death penalty. In 2010, only one country, Gabon, abolished the death penalty for all crimes. During 2010, 23 countries executed 527 prisoners and at least 2,024 people were sentenced to death in 67 countries. More than 17,833 people are currently under sentence of death around the world.

Summary of Incident

On 09/02/2002 in Cherokee County, Texas, Adams entered a convenience store and robbed a twenty-four year old white male and shot him one time in the head. Adams then attempted to rob, kidnap and sexually assault two other adult white females. Adams then fled the scene with an unknown amount of money. PUT HIM TO SLEEP FOR HIS CRIME TEXAS DON'T PLAY I WORK FOR TDCJ AND DEATH ROW IS NOT A JOKE

Adams bragged that he shot and killed Kenneth Vandiver. From this evidence, the jury could have reasonably inferred that he fired the shot that killed Vandever. Or, because the jury was charged on the law of parties, the jury could have found that Adams, acting with the intent that Cobb kill Vandiver, aided and assisted Cobb in that murder. Either way, Adams is guilty of first degree premeditated murder under the law. Also, Adams raped one woman, & shot both, who luckily did not die.

I graduated from Rusk, TX went to school with Beunka. Beunka did not do this although I don't deny his involvement. Richard pulled the trigger. So to all you fucking idiots who don't actually know please shut the fuck up. Killing someone convicted of killing is such a fucking stupid concept and contradictory. Beunka will be heard, you watch and see
