really random, but to my best knowledge (lots of internet searching haha) the hand tossed pizza hut crust is vegan (i think for awhile it wasnt but it appears to be now) the hand tossed and thin crust both have no whey and the enzymes are vegetable based :D i got a hand tossed veggie lovers without cheese a few weeks ago, and added vegan gourmet when i got it home, it was HEAVEN :D hahahah just thought you might be interested :D

The last two times I went to the store, the Vegan Rella cheese was sold out :( I'm really pissed.
It looks like it melts well - does it taste like cheddar?
I have some pineapple, green pepper, tomatoes and veggie pepperoni so those will be my toppings.
Going to copy down the recipe for the dough now - thank you!
PS - I like how you involved your daughter by letting her make her own pizza :)

It does melt really well. It doesn't really taste like cheddar. A lot of people don't like it. You definitely need to know how to cook with it. It tastes good in recipes. I'm afraid that they are taking it off the market because not enough people were buying it:-(

yummy i make vegan pizza too but ive never made my own dough, i use a brand of canned biscuits that i found to be vegan, and i roll the dough together for crust haha.
probably a stupid question, is your crust recipe the "pizza hut" recipe or something?
im adding the vegan pepperoni slices to my grocery list for tomorrow, cant wait to try them!

No, it's not the official "pizza hut" recipe. I was trying to make it close as I could because I missed it so much. so I came up with this. Let me know how you like them!
