This is fluid dynamics, and there is always a drop k falls into the water or when it rains. One drop does not bind directly to the water surface because between the droplet and the surface is a thin layer of air. When air moves, the first portion of water is diluted with siuperficie, bouncing to a smaller portion of the energy and the air released from the previous one, until it finishes blend with any surface water ( @Matanubes translation )

Esto es dinamica de fluidos, y se produce siempre k cae una gota al agua o cuando llueve. Una gota no se une directamente con la superficie acuosa debido a que entre la gota y la superficie hay una fina capa de aire. Cuando el aire se desplaza, una primera porcion de agua se diluye con el siuperficie, haciendo rebotar a una porcion mas pequeña por la energia y el aire liberados de la anterior, hasta que termina de fundirse con toda la superficie acuosa
