@BabelColour NO :)
-
@BabelColour Probably not... but I do envy those ten years older than me who had the privilege of watching the first Doctor. Those must have been exciting times!

So True and So real to todays climate yet many people are blind to it.
-
@BabelColour Indeed. As Craig Ferguson said of the show, it's about the triumph of intellect and romance over brute force and cynicism :~)
-
Brilliant! You are an excellent ambassador for Doctor Who and have summed up beautifully the show's ongoing themes of freedom and free will vs. intolerance, corruption and oppression
-
The Doctor could very easily be known as The Dreamer, of Utopia where everyone is free and good and where everybody lives.

Iv got to say, iv been watching your videos for quite some time now, and i must get this book! Oh btw Where did you find that Beautifil rendition of the theme playing in the background?
Has the book actually been released yet?

@widowmaker75147 - Regrettably, no. The last I heard, there was a delay waiting for confirmation from CIN itself, as to whether their logo could go on the book's cover. I think the publishers are still waiting to hear.

This reads to me like the view of someone (like me) who grew up watching Doctor Who in the 1970s :-) Well done in getting this published. BTW I am clicking on "like" on your video's automatically now, as I start to watch them!

@dfarmbrough Was there *really* any other time to grow up with Doctor Who?

In giving a summation about a Fantasy Universe you shined a light on the real World we have to live in.

@MrGarath You are very insightful, as that, indeed, is the very crux of the essay. It's all about the allagory of Doctor Who and how that has shaped me.
