  • when i do these sometimes the last 180 just feels kind of sketchy, like i wave one of my arms around weirdly behind me and just can't land perfectly straight... i'm not actually sure what i'm doing wrong. any tips on how to improve it?

  • @MommyCallsMeSpecial Maybe you could be a little bit more specific. We would love to help you out! Just tell us exactly what happens...

  • @MommyCallsMeSpecial You should bend forward. It sounds like your balance is shifting backwards when landing.

  • hej hej :D

  • Svensk! :D

  • @ProtestMovieChannel while riding for the last week i figured out what i needed to change to manage. I'd stopped focusing on holding the nosepress, and keeping the toe edge in the snow. Now that i started doing that it gave me a lot more control and i can do it clean when i'm lucky :P

  • @ProtestMovieChannel I do a fs 180 switch nosepress(nosebutter?) bs 180 and can't consistently hold that press as my board is just at the limit of what i can flex, given the right conditions. Sometimes i manage to actually pop out nicely and sometimes i dont. Another problem is that i often can't finish the second 180 and it turns into more of a roughly 120˚ spin or so. I think it's because i'm putting my body in a bad position to carry on the rotatation. also i kind of carve into the first 180
