PURPOSE:
To increase mobility in the hips.
SET UP:
Find an open space where you take take a few steps forward.
EXECUTION:
Bend forward slightly at the hips and grab on to one foot. Stand tall and briefly pull on the foot to feel a slight stretch in the hip. Release the foot and repeat with the other leg.
CUES:

- Bending forward instead of standing tall while pulling
