Table Tennis - Double Bounce?

During the first set between Trent Carter and Kyle Davis. Kyle did a short serve, Trent went to topspin it but then changed his shot to a push as it was about to bounce twice. Kyle believed it did bounce twice but Trent said it didn't so the ump called a let. What do you think? *filmed on a Sony Handycam HDRXR200V with a wide angle lens*
