Canvas has depreciated in Flex 4.0, Adobe recommends using spark.components.BorderContain­er or spark.components.Group as an alternative. They are basically the same thing.

I started to learn flex 2yrs ago, lost way, now back again to Flex, I just cant take my minds of the great features flex had 2 yrs ago, and now flash builder 4.5 takes it to a all new level, however this is wat i wanted for about 3 weeks now. thanks easy and clear voice. To top it all my Age is your experience :-)

These are great tutorials but you could have cut this down to 2min... was there really a need to add all the panels?
