No,even in not so good times,college should not go higher then 18K-20K and thats the average cost of all four years. So per year would be 9K-10K per year depending on the economy. In saying,the prices of college now is as if the economy across the planet was operating at its most maximum potential. I'm not including the increased savings if religious/idiological conflicts,greed,and lazyness were reduced but not completely elimiated,after all,we are human.

starterist -- USA goverment taxes Americans , first Goverment scares them with Bin Laden , and terrorists and Mushroom cloud and Axis of EVIl countires , Than they tax them to death ... Income tax , Sales tax ... ALL going to Military build up and 800 Military USA bases ... While schools in USA are closing .
Americans get to pay HIGH tuitions no Health care etc.
This is why I love Norway, they pay us to study at colleges :P
