Many of us groan about the prospect of another knitted jumper from a distant relative at Christmas, but for featherless hens who have escaped a life of battery farming they are delighted by the festive offering.

I am so glad that there are some people who actually care about the lives of chickens instead of just regarding them as stupid or only a food source. Its amazing though how they seemed not to mind having their sweaters put on.
