The Higgs boson doesn't appear with a probability of 95% AT THE ENERGIES THAT ARE CURRENTLY BEING USED IN CERN!!! that doesnt mean that the probability of it not existing is 95%... you should really start reading the actual papers published by the CERN scientists instead of reading what the journalists have to say you should also study some physics in order not to apear so ignorant about a topic you dont know anything about... particle physics...
