My First Accelerated Free Fall at Sky Knights Skydiving Club in East Troy Wisconsin. Video was shot by Sir Sammy Caban who also put together the clubs kool promo video. Pre jump interview is a tongue and cheek session between John, myself and Bruce. They laughed hard and thought I was nuts when originally I told John that the reason I want to sky dive is because I love flying and will sacrifice my legs if God gave me ability to fly like a bird. Natty (Blue Jump suit) and Jump Master John Lindstrom (Tie dyed Jump suit) from the promo video jumped with me, holding on to me on my right is Jump Master Bruce Everhard. During the fall, I had to demonstrate 3 practice rip cord pulls, do a Circle of Observation (check horizon, check me feet, check with both Jump master) and then check altimeter. Towards the end, Jump Master John waves his two fingers in front of my face, sky diving sign language for straightening your knees. I brought my rip cord back with me, most first timer drop it in panic after pulling it out. Cost of loosing rip cord....12 pack of beer for the club's evening chill out.
