hi hi all! welcome to [ƧHS]' third MEP! but this ones a little different; members and non-members will be working together!! =) so here we go~

THEME;
* this MEP is all about Smexy Anime Boys!!! that means only the hottest of the hottest anime dudes shuld b featured~! ;3
* the COLORS to work with for this theme are light blues, greys, whites and blacks! (this is so everyone's parts transition without a snitch ^_^)
