2012 has unfolded and with it I see this as an enhanced evolution and flowering of the Flow Arts. It's amazing how many lives have been touched for the better by poi, staff, juggling, dance, martial arts, and any practice that gets you to Flow. The growing culture that we are is brought together by the connected, relaxed, and clear state we each find. I predict it will continue to spread because it can be such a powerful tool in our lives. I'm excited to be a part of it with all of you!
