  • Hey, Brian, thanks..it worked at first and my wife thought I was a hero..But it started doing it again that night..any other fixes u could suggest and maybe post a vid?

  • @karmaduk The other cause I've seen is the factory CD player when they get a penny in them.

  • Thanks Brian. Did this a few months ago and no more alarm issues!

  • @Mail4dalej You're welcome

  • I got the alarm to stop going off. It was a bad battery. As the voltage got lower, I guess it went into failsafe. I didnt realize it until I left my dome light on by accident and the battery died in half an hour. I also noted on the load tester meter the voltage would drop and go back up. Some alarms go off when they detect a drop in voltage like when a dome light turns on.

    Problem solved.

  • @dustycoyote1 Cool. Way to go!

  • so how do you steel an odyssey ?.

  • @dragonballsun SHEESH! That's a double bummer!

  • This might be the culprit why it got vandalized. Van got keyed front to back. Installed camera looking at the van. Sometime around 3 am it began honking and no one's near it. Thanks for the video.

  • @dustycoyote1 I'm not sure. This van always went off just when locking the doors.
