hey man does the kp65 skip and notes when playing double pedal fast? because the one i have now wont pick up the left foot when i play fast. thanks!
-
@jacobestes Nah, I've only been playing drums for hmm, 20 years. No idea how drums work whatsoever.
-
@davidshek A real kick drum has no bounce? Have you played a real kick drum before? Do you know how drums work?
-
@jacobestes Because a real kick drum has no rebound, therefore rebound should not be a factor when buying an e-drum kick trigger pad either. Rebound (or "bounce") is not something you should be looking for as a plus when you buy a kick pad.
-
@davidshek How can you say that shouldn't be a factor?
I recently bought a Yamaha KP75 and find the action totally unnatural. Some bounce would be welcome.

For playing rock band or guitar hero, I use two axis longboards and two roland KD-8s. I have tried using my two KD-120's but in my opinion the bass triggers with tensioned heads are terrible for rythym games becuz they double and triple hit CONSTANTLY unless your trying your damnedest to play off the head.

hey i hav roland kd 9 !! i want to ask that can i put it directly into an amp? its a kick drum pad trigger!!

it seems like the one on the very left would be unstable on carpet is it?

@playwithme30 None are any more unstable on carpet than the others
