yea chevrolet went gay on the newer models an started makin an "offroad" 2wd.. now wen someone says i got a z u gotta ask is it 4wd? absolutely ruined wat z71 offroad used to mean...

@bigal778 in a world where the honda pilot is called a suv and the ridgeline is a v6 powered awd truck with no hi-lo transfer case how can u bash gm for throwing big tires on a 2wd

Not really... I think its pretty cool. Your not spending the extra 4 grand to get 4wd, but youre getting some nice extra ground clearance, along with a locking rear end.

I have the same truck. I love it! I don't give a damn if it's not 4 wheel drive. It looks better with the z71 package 2wd or 4wd.

trust me there are plenty of them out there on the colorado canyons Z71 is basically just a lifted off road package but doesn't mean 4wd, unless you see 4x4 along with the Z71 sticker.
