Thank you very much for uploading the vid Patrick, this game looks rlly cool and very interesting too. The story seems like it may be unique too, I can't wait till the asian version comes out so I can buy it. If there's a book I would definitely consider buying it, once again thanks for the upload.

I played Minecraft. I am truly inspired to make something like El Shaddai.

Your weapons becoming sullied by the enemy is oddly similar to the fairly craptacular Oneechanbara games in which your weapon becomes increasingly heavy with blood making them slower and slower so you keep having to hit a button to shake the blood off...which is weird. So the "el" part of Michael is the "Liken to God" part eh? I never realized that.

Yeah that's the "God" part of "Who is like God?" that "Mishael/Michael" means.
The more you know, eh?
Turns out that Taco Bel doesn't mean anything to do with God, tho'.

I loved the demo. I was already hooked after seeing gameplay, but when I played it for myself, I was like, "Wow..this is too good", lol. Oh, also..I was just wondering why your videos are at 240p.
It doesn't look like you used a camera, so I was wondering why you didn't conver the video in a program for higher quality and make it 16:9 to get rid of that letterbox. Oh and I'm surprised Youtube isn't allowing you to upload videos over 15 minutes.
You got any copyright protected stuff uploaded?

My vids are low-quality, yeah. I use the Dazzle and the Pinnacle Studio to grab the vid, then I do it up in Vegas. But like...I mean, I don't want the source vid to be like 300gb, you know? It takes me like a half hour to upload a 10-minute, 300mb file to YouTube (why, I dunno), so I just leave it at kinda low quality.
I do have some copyright stuff up, namely all the vids for Ryûga Gotoku/Yakuza, according to YouTube. They automatically flag anything with in-game cinemas.

Oh, I see. Well..this definitely isn't right, lol. If it's only 10 minutes long and it's this quality, it shouldn't be 300 MB.
I can get 720p videos over 10 minutes and under 300 MB. You mind telling me what settings you use in Vegas when saving your videos? Oh and I totally understand the source video comment. Whenever I record something with Fraps, it splits each video at 3.64 GB, iirc.
I HAVE to convert the video when the raw file is that huge, lol.

Yes, I've been wanting a better way to do this for a long time as the quality is just garbage in my videos. It's gotten better, compared to some of those Ryûga Gotoku 3 vids I did a couple of years ago with…oh lord, I don't remember its name, but it was a very bad recording device, for sure.
I tried grabbing a better sample with the Dazzle as an .AVI instead of an .MPG and it was flickery and still hefty, memorywise.

I also think part of the problem is just my set-up itself. The Dazzle does not grab HD and has no HDMI in. There's an S-Video but that doesn't help very much as I split the signals to my TV and to the computer with RGA cables.
What's Fraps? Is there a better set-up you can recommend? I'd love to get better quality.
