McCain's mind is going. He meant to say "citizens," but said "prisoners" instead. This mistake, a bizarre word substitution, is exactly consistent with incipient Alzheimer's disease - the same disease that afflicted Reagan. The good news is: it gets worse very slowly. The bad news is: it never stops getting worse.

He is 72 with heart problems 300695kzk. If he did die and Palin took over, she probably would eventually impeached for abusing presidential powers, even further than Bush.
