does it work well for vitiligo ?

@roxstar210 for me it does. I mainly like to use it on my neck and face. It stays on a long time and does match my pigmentation well. If you are interested try finding a color that matches your pigmentation. If the color looks to yellow or orange or red, try using its opposite to neutralize the color. Something that I like Dermablend should come up with is a line of color correctors to help people match their makeup better.

will this same method work on stretchmarks??

@dashawtyuwish4 this does not work on stretch marks because this is meant for discoloration not texture. You may want to try lighting the color. Sunblock with a high spf may help and products meant for diminishing dark under circles. The thing is w/ stretchmarks is that they are very hard to remove you may want to consult a dermatologist.
